New deadline for abstract submission for the 2nd CBioClima Workshop

Until September 5th. This is the new deadline for abstract submissions for the 2nd CBioClima Workshop – Microbiome for Sustainable Solutions. The event will take place on September 25th and 26th at the Institute of Biosciences in Rio Claro (IB/RC). CBioClima (Center for Biodiversity Dynamic and Climate Change Research) is a Research, Innovation and Dissemination Center funded by FAPESP (São Paulo Research Foundation) and coordinated by Professor Dr. Leonor Patrícia Cerdeira Morellato, from the Biodiversity Department at IB/Rio Claro.

The Center's mission is to establish a research observatory on biodiversity and climate change, promote innovation focused on science-based sustainable solutions, and accelerate the dissemination of knowledge.

The event will take place in Amphitheater II of the IB and will feature the participation of researchers, postdoctoral students, postgraduate students and undergraduate students linked to CBioClima who will present lectures and posters on the use of omics sciences, mainly microbiomics, for the generation and analysis of data essential to the study of biodiversity dynamics in the face of climate change.
