Attention: PHENO2025 Conference participants from the USA, Canada and Australia must apply for an entry visa to Brazil. The decision is valid from April 10th. To check the necessary documentation or apply for an electronic visa, visit the website https://brazil.vfsevisa.com/.
It is worth remembering that you can use the invitation letter available to registered participants on the official PHENO2025 website (https://pheno2025.com/) to apply for an e-Visa. You must be logged in to the website to access the “Invitation Letter” icon.
American, Canadian and Australian citizens may apply for an electronic visitor visa (e-Visa) to come to the country without having to go to a Brazilian Embassy or Consulate to obtain it, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The visa is authorized within 48 hours. The visitor may stay up to 90 days in Brazil. To apply for an e-Visa, you must present a valid passport, fill out an online form and pay a fee.
